Preparation Workshop
A preparation workshop is planned to take place in Darmstadt on October 1–2, 2009. This workshop shall provide orientation to researchers who are interested in submitting a project proposals and shall help to initiate collaborations between groups at different institutions. Participants are expected to elaborate initial ideas for projects before the workshop. Invitations will be sent to selected researchers who have already expressed their interest. A limited number of additional spots will be available.
Participants need to register by sending an e-mail to secretary -at- spp-rs3.de before September 15.
Attending the meeting is recommended, but it is not a prerequisite for submitting a project proposal.
Directions
The workshop is planned to take place in lecture hall C120 in the computer science building of the TU Darmstadt ('Piloty-Gebäude', building number S2|02). Follow these directions to find out how get to the building. Enter the building through the main entrance (located at the east side of the building) and find lecture hall C120 at the right side of the corridor.
The official part of the workshop starts on Thursday, 1 October 2009, at 9am.
Registration for Dinner
- Registration for dinner on Wednesday, 30 September 2009, has already been closed. If you have registered, you should already have received a confirmation including the location of the restaurant.
- Registration for dinner on Thursday, 1 October 2009, at 7pm is possible until 27 September 2009 via e-mail to secretary -at- spp-rs3.de. The location for the dinner will be announced in the confirmation to your registration.
